Tandoori Chicken Pizza

February 20, 2010

Although I am pretty sure I managed to avoid gluten today I am unfortunately in the middle of an epic stomach ache.  Luckily I sent a guest post over to Sophia of Burp and Slurp a few days ago and she was kind enough to post it tonight.   Perfect timing!

I met Sophia at my first blogger meet up last month and not only is she a very sweet and nice person, but also a fellow USC Trojan.  So while I recover from the most horrendous pain since having Maya, please check out my guest post on Tandoori Chicken Pizza on Sophia’s great blog

i commented over there but i love mangos and have those exact ones from tj’s and kinda use them all the time. however, sometimes they are excellent and sometimes they are all freezer burnt and nasty. is your experience that way or do u always get “good” bags?

Hi Averie…I don’t buy them that often but so far so good! TJ’s is great about taking things back though so maybe you can let them know? I find that buying TJ’s fresh produce is hit or miss. Especially their pears which I often end up throwing out. Drives me nuts!
